Precision Stopwatch
Track time with millisecond accuracy using our core stopwatch functionality. Record unlimited laps, view split times between laps, and analyze your performance with detailed session history that persists across browser sessions. Choose from four visual themes — Focus (blue), Energy (orange), Calm (teal), and Stealth (dark) — to match your mood or environment. The interactive clock face responds to touch: tap to start or stop, double-tap to record laps, and long-press to reset.
Countdown Timer
Set custom countdowns for any duration with visual progress indicators and customizable alarm sounds. Quick preset buttons let you instantly start timers for 1, 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes, plus 1 hour. A visual progress ring changes color as time decreases — green when plenty of time remains, yellow when running low, and red with pulsing animation in the final moments. Choose from multiple alarm sounds including classic alarm, air horn, gentle chime, digital beep, and boxing bell. Perfect for cooking, presentations, exams, and any time-limited activity.
Interval Timer (HIIT/Tabata)
Professional-grade interval training timer with customizable work and rest periods, round tracking, and pre-built templates for popular fitness protocols. Configure work duration, rest duration, and total rounds. Add optional preparation, warm-up, and cool-down phases. Pre-built templates include Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds), EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute), 7-Minute Workout, Boxing Rounds, Pomodoro, and Sprint Intervals. Audio cues announce phase transitions with countdown beeps before each change. Session summaries show total time, rounds completed, and estimated calories burned.
Custom Workout Builder
Create complex, multi-phase workouts by combining different segment types — work, rest, warmup, cooldown, and custom intervals. Drag and drop segments to reorder them, set repeat counts for circuit-style workouts, and customize segment names, durations, and colors. Save unlimited custom workouts to your personal library and load them whenever you need them. Export and share your workout configurations with training partners.
Workout History & Statistics
Track your progress over time with comprehensive session logging and statistics dashboards. All completed sessions — stopwatch, countdown, interval, and custom workouts — are automatically logged with duration, rounds, calories, and completion status. A calendar view shows workout frequency and patterns. View your current streak and longest streak to stay motivated. Statistics include total workouts, cumulative duration, total calories, and weekly, monthly, and all-time trends. Export your history to CSV or JSON for external analysis.
Zen Mode (Meditation Timer)
Guided meditation and breathing exercises with calming visual animations help you build mental resilience through structured mindfulness practice. Choose preset durations of 5, 10, or 20 minutes, or set a custom time. The guided 4-7-8 breathing cycle animation (inhale 4 seconds, hold 7 seconds, exhale 8 seconds) helps regulate your breathing for maximum relaxation. Optional features include screen dimming and ambient audio. A gentle end chime concludes your session, and you can log meditation time as focus time in your workout history.
Hydration Tracker
Monitor daily water intake with visual progress indicators and gentle reminders to stay hydrated throughout your workouts and workday. Set a customizable daily goal (default 64 ounces or 2 liters), toggle between ounces and milliliters, and use quick-add buttons to log water quickly. A progress ring with color shift shows your percentage toward the daily goal. The tracker automatically resets at midnight and sends gentle reminder notifications if you have not logged water in 2 hours and are below 50% of your goal after noon.

StopwatchIQ™ is built as a Progressive Web App using React, ensuring fast performance and reliability. High-resolution timing APIs provide millisecond accuracy regardless of device performance. All timing calculations happen locally on your device, meaning the stopwatch continues running accurately even if your internet connection is interrupted.
Install StopwatchIQ™ on your device's home screen and it functions like a native application with offline support. Service workers enable background timer persistence — your countdown continues even when the screen is locked. Keyboard shortcuts (Space to start/stop, L for lap, R to reset, M to change theme) enable rapid control without mouse interaction. Touch gestures on mobile provide intuitive swipe controls.
The application supports both light and dark modes, with a true OLED black option that saves battery on modern smartphone displays. Voice announcements using the Web Speech API allow completely hands-free operation during workouts.
